Is North Georgia Storage secured secured?

Yes, based on location, there are gates, fencing and coded access to the renters at various locations.  All Georgia locations are secured.

 

Is the property lit at night?

Yes, there is lighting on the property and it is well lit at night.

 

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st day of the month.  Rent is considered past due, incurring a $7.50 late fee if it is received after the 5th of the month.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, money order, check or credit card.  A credit card transaction fee is required for all credit card payments.   Discounts are given for 6 or 12 month pre-pays.

 

What is required to exit my lease?

We only require 30 days notice to terminate your lease.  You will be responsible for the remaining rent for the month you are exiting your lease.  We do not pro-rate the rent if you leave before month end.

 

Am I required to pay a deposit?

We require a deposit equal to one month's rent on the unit.  Upon lease termination we will refund the deposit within 14 days, provided the unit is left in an acceptable condition.  See lease contract for details.
